Refund policy

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days for full store credit or refund to the original payment method

Eligible item(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging with all the original documentation.

Eligible items include all fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands and bracelets that are not included in the exclusions list below.

Non-eligible items:

* Modified or resized rings

* Misused items

* Items altered by a third-party

* Custom-designed items

* All shipping fees

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit your return request by emailing us at info@aykajewels.com

2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization and pre-paid return label.

3. Ship back the package. We offer free return shipping.

4. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

RESIZES

COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING

We offer one complimentary resize up to one full US size by the quarter, half, or full size (which is equivalent to two full European/UK sizes). If your engagement ring resize request is outside of one full size, you may need to return or reset your ring. Please email us at info@aykajewels.com and initiate a re-size.
