This warranty is our guarantee that your Ayka jewelry is delivered free from manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect refers to a flaw present in the item's materials or workmanship at the time of your original purchase, originating from the production process itself.

Examples of potential manufacturing defects may include:

Structural irregularities in the metal resulting from the casting process.

A faulty clasp or closure mechanism that does not function correctly upon initial normal use.

A stone that was improperly secured during the original manufacturing and setting process, leading to loosening shortly after purchase without external impact.

Weak solder joints that separate without undue stress or damage.

If our expert jewelers confirm that an issue stems from a manufacturing defect, Ayka will, at its discretion, repair the defect or replace the item with the same or a comparable piece, free of charge.

Fine jewelry requires care and interacts with its environment. This warranty focuses specifically on the quality of the original manufacturing and does not cover issues arising from use, time, or external factors after purchase. Key exclusions include:

Normal Wear and Tear: The natural, gradual changes that occur from regular use over time. Examples include: Minor scratches, scuffs, dents on metal surfaces; gradual thinning of ring bands; expected wear on prongs which may require maintenance over time; tarnishing; changes in metal color due to normal exposure to skin oils, lotions, perfumes, or everyday environments.

Damage from Exposure: Discoloration or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, chlorine (swimming pools, hot tubs), or other damaging substances

Damage from External Causes: Damage resulting from accidents (e.g., dropping, impact), improper use or storage, negligence, or failure to follow Ayka’s jewelry care recommendations

Loss or Theft: The loss or theft of the jewelry piece or any of its components, including diamonds or gemstones. We recommend obtaining independent jewelry insurance for coverage against loss or theft.

Third-Party Alterations: Any repair, resizing, stone setting, or other modification performed by any jeweler or individual other than Ayka. Performing such alterations voids this Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Post-Purchase Stone Issues: The chipping, breaking, or loss of diamonds or gemstones that occurs after purchase due to wear, impact, accidental damage, or worn settings resulting from normal use.

How to Request Warranty Service:

If you believe your Ayka jewelry may have a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

- Contact Ayka Care: Email our dedicated support team at info@aykajewels.com. Please include your original order number (or proof of purchase), a detailed description of the concern, and clear photographs showing the item and the potential defect.

- Initial Review & Guidance: Our team will review your submission and contact you promptly to acknowledge receipt and advise on the next steps.

- Secure Return for Evaluation: If a physical inspection is necessary, we will provide detailed instructions for securely packaging and shipping your item to our workshop. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to Ayka.

- Expert Assessment: Upon receipt, Ayka’s qualified jewelers will carefully examine your piece to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty.

- Clear Communication & Resolution: We will contact you with the results of the assessment. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed: We will proceed with the complimentary repair or replacement and cover the cost of insured return shipping back to you.If the issue is not a manufacturing defect: We will provide a clear explanation. If repair is possible for issues not covered by the warranty, we will offer options for paid repair services and provide a quote for your approval before any work begins.
