Your 90-Day Return & Exchange Window

A. Generous Timeframe & Flexible Options You have a generous 90-day period from the date your item is delivered to decide if it's the perfect fit for you. This extended timeframe allows ample opportunity for thoughtful consideration, especially for significant purchases like engagement rings or gifts. Within these 90 days, eligible items can be returned for either a full refund issued to your original payment method or full store credit, whichever you prefer. This flexibility ensures you can choose the option that best suits your needs, whether you wish to select a different piece or simply require a refund.

B. Keeping it Perfect: Condition Requirements To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. This means it should show no signs of wear or damage. It is essential that the item is sent back with all its original packaging, including boxes and pouches, as well as any accompanying documentation, such as certificates of authenticity or grading reports. Maintaining the original condition and including all materials ensures the integrity of the piece and allows us to process your return efficiently.

Return & Exchange Eligibility: What Qualifies?

A. Eligible Items Most of our beautiful creations are eligible for return or exchange under this policy. This generally includes:

  • All fine jewelry pieces
  • Engagement rings
  • Wedding bands
  • Bracelets

These items qualify provided they meet the condition requirements mentioned above and are not listed in the exclusions below.

B. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged To maintain fairness and manage the unique nature of certain items, the following are excluded from returns or exchanges:

  • Custom-designed items: Pieces created specifically to your unique specifications cannot be returned as they are personalized for you.
  • Items altered by a third party: Any modifications or work done on the item by a jeweler other than Ayka Jewels voids the return eligibility.
  • Items showing signs of misuse: Jewelry that has been damaged due to improper care or accidents cannot be returned.
  • Modified or resized items: Pieces that have been altered from their original state, including resizing performed by anyone other than Ayka Jewels as part of our complimentary service (see resizing section for details), are generally not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about eligibility after a complimentary resize.
  • Shipping fees: Please note that original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Simple Steps to Return or Exchange Your Item

We've designed our return process to be clear and hassle-free.

A. Step 1: Start Your Request To begin a return or exchange, please send an email to our customer care team at info@aykajewels.com. Kindly include your order number and indicate whether you would like a return for refund/credit or an exchange.

B. Step 2: Receive Your Return Details Our team will review your request and respond promptly. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for tracking purposes and a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.

C. Step 3: Ship Your Item Back Safely Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all documentation. Attach the pre-paid return label we provide to the outside of the package. We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping, so there is no cost to you to send the item back. Simply drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

D. Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Credit Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the condition requirements. Your refund or store credit will then be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection. We will notify you via email once the process is complete. Please note that the 14-business-day timeframe begins when the item arrives back at Ayka Jewels, allowing time for careful inspection and processing.

Getting the Perfect Fit: Complimentary Resizing

Ensuring your ring fits perfectly is paramount. We are delighted to offer a complimentary resizing service for your peace of mind.

A. Our Free Resizing Service We offer one complimentary resize for your engagement ring or wedding band. This service allows for adjustments up to one full US size, either larger or smaller, with options for quarter, half, or full size increments to achieve the ideal fit. (This range is equivalent to approximately two full European/UK sizes). This valuable service, especially helpful for surprise proposals or online purchases, aims to ensure your ring is comfortable and secure.

B. Guidance for Larger Adjustments If your ring requires an adjustment larger than one full US size, the process may differ. Significant resizing can sometimes affect the ring's structure. Depending on the specific ring design and the extent of the required change, options might include a specialized resizing process (which may involve a fee) or, in some cases, needing to reset the main stone into a new band. If your ring is still within the 90-day return window and meets eligibility criteria (i.e., is in original, unworn condition before any resizing attempt), initiating a return or exchange might also be an option. We encourage you to contact us to discuss the best approach for adjustments outside the complimentary range.
